G-Con Launches One of the Largest Automated Cleanroom Panel Manufacturing Lines in the U.S.
GCS, a leader in modular cleanroom systems, has unveiled its new automated cleanroom panel manufacturing line at a 265,000 sq. ft. facility, becoming one of the largest operations of its kind in the country. This investment marks a major step forward in scalable, high-performance cleanroom production. Building on its U.S. manufacturing capability established in 2024, GCS can now produce over 2 million sq. ft. of cleanroom paneling annually, including custom panels and doors. The expanded capacity supports faster project delivery and greater precision for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing.
