Secretome Therapeutics expanded its leadership team with appointments of Dr. Teji Singh as Chief Medical Officer, David Chapman as Senior Vice President of Operations, Dr. Karin Lucas as Vice President of Medical Affairs, and Maggie Loeffler as Vice President of Finance & Administration. The company also announced that Dr. Marshelle Smith transitioned into the role of Chief Development Officer, where she will lead development of Secretome’s regenerative cell therapy programs focused on cardioimmunology and rare diseases. Based in Plano, Texas, Secretome Therapeutics is advancing therapies derived from neonatal cardiac progenitor cells, including STM-01, an investigational therapy targeting conditions such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy-associated cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, and heart failure.
