Texas Woman’s University Researcher Receives Second Major Award to Improve Care for People With Cerebral Palsy

A Texas Woman’s University researcher, Heather Roberts, received a second major grant aimed at improving care and outcomes for individuals with cerebral palsy. The $285,000 award from the Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award Program will support a patient centered research project focused on enhancing collaboration between clinicians, researchers, and families affected by cerebral palsy. In partnership with Scottish Rite for Children, the project seeks to improve how care strategies are developed and implemented for individuals living with the condition.
